A BIG thank you for arranging our tour to North West Spain – everyone enjoyed it and we’re thinking where to go next year. Thank you to Jane, our guide too, who was wonderful Our art historian guide simply made the trip…great fun; terrifically enthusiastic; utterly professional in every way; extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. Our Berlin Holiday was a marvellous experience and I enjoyed it very much. The whole thing was so well planned and thought out Thank you for arranging such an interesting and informative tour of Berlin, which we all enjoyed – and thank you to our historian for her attention to detail. Just had to write to say what a huge success our trip to North Wales and Liverpool was. I enjoyed every minute of it and can’t wait for the next ‘At Home’ visit. Thank you for all your hard work and good company. We are writing to express our appreciation of your services. The organisation was efficient and the whole tour went smoothly. The driver was very good and helpful to everyone, especially a disabled member of the group…. The art historian was superb. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and had a pleasant, friendly manner. We were so satisfied that we have given your details to our local NADFAS tour organiser. We look forward to another art holiday arranged by you. Everyone seems to have enjoyed it. The hotel was again good value and already people are saying, ‘Where are we going next?’ I hope we may be able to work together again, thank you for your help. |
Thanks for all your efforts in making our Berlin and Dresden tour so enjoyable. There has been lots of positive feed back. I still cannot get over the New Green Vault, it was fabulous. Thank you for all you did to make our visit so rewarding! We arrived home by 6.15 on Friday evening - even though we left the last services area slightly later than intended due to a number of group photos having to be taken as a result of an excellent trip! I want to put on record our appreciation and thanks for a tour well organised, well thought out and full of interest. From my point of view as organiser, I appreciated you always being available to answer my queries however trivial. Special thanks to our guide for all the hard work, consideration and sensitivity she showed to all our members. The extra touches, like the slide show, Sunday lunch on the canal boat, and arranging lunch at Birmingham University added to our enjoyment. I am so sorry not to be on the tour and would like to take the opportunity of saying how very much I have enjoyed the tours I have been on with your company, the various London visits; Glasgow; and most recently, Bath and Wells. Before any more time elapses, I must write to thank you very much for the trip to Wales – very enjoyable and full of interest - it was the first time for me in South Wales and now I will have some lovely memories.. Everyone was very impressed as usual with our tour and very complimentary about Art & Heritage. |
